When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.

Most new patient visits will consist of cleaning, any necessary x-rays and a thorough examination. This visit will help us get acquainted with each other and learn about your goals and desires for your dental treatment.


If your first visit is for a dental emergency, only the tooth in question will be addressed. Depending on the diagnosis, an additional appointment with adequate time may be necessary.


We believe that good dental care begins with open communication. We promise to discuss with you any symptoms present that may require further dental treatment, our diagnosis, alternative treatments that may exist, and our recommendations. If you have dental insurance, please provide us with verification prior to any treatment being rendered. Once we have verified your coverage we can inform you of your estimated co-payment for each appointment.


Please understand that dental insurance is a benefit and that you are ultimately responsible for all charges. In addition, if you have had a change in your insurance coverage, it is your responsibility to inform the front desk staff of these changes so that our records may be updated.


Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion (co-payment) must be paid at the time of treatment. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for treatment.


At all times, you can be confident that we will always provide you with our best services without regard to the limitations imposed by your insurance coverage. To do otherwise would violate our contract with you.

We will work with you to fit quality care into your budget by financial arrangements or by staging treatment over time. Like most things do not be afraid to communicate your situation.

Other financial arrangements are available when extensive dental care is necessary, or when the dentistry performed exceeds your budget or insurance benefits. We will be sensitive to your financial circumstances within the framework of sound business practices.

Designed to provide greater access to quality dental care at an affordable price. The Smile Savers Plan is a discounted fee schedule for services, only good at Sorriso Dental. You save on everything from cleanings and fillings to cosmetic procedures and crowns! Instant coverage with benefits starting immediately, lasting for 12 months from the date that you join. No deductibles, waiting periods, annual maximums or pre-approvals required!

The Smiles Savers Plan is not a dental insurance plan, and cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan or dental insurance. Smile Savers is only honored at Sorriso Dental. Annual Plan fee is non-refundable.


*Exclusions apply. An Invisalign™ patient must remain a plan member for the duration of treatment to retain the discount plan benefits.

Program Exclusions & Limitations

This program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used:


  • In conjunction with another dental plan or dental insurance.
  • For treatment which, in the sole opinion of our doctors, is outside the realm of their capability.
  • For referrals to specialists.
  • For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind.
  • For services of injuries covered under workers’ compensation.


*This plan is only honored at Sorriso Dental. It cannot be used at any other dental office. This Is NOT A Dental Insurance Plan. This is a “Healthy Mouth Plan”. For those diagnosed with Gingivitis, Periodontitis or Gum Disease, there will be modifications to the plan structure and pricing. These changes will be reviewed with and accepted by the patient before any plan is started.
